This tavern has good meals with a wide variety and very quick service.  Just a bit noisy sometimes.

We visited this lovely restaurant for lunch as a family of 3 adults. Very courteous and prompt service, a huge menu choice and delicious  food. We&#39;ll be back... highly recommend.

The food took a very long time to come out- it was 40 minutes after we ordered and it wasn&rsquo;t busy at all, roughly 20 customers in all when we put our order through.My husband ordered the mixed platter entre with chicken wings, calamari, spring rolls ect and was VERY OVERCOOKED!! Dry, dry the chicken &amp; calamari.  Was ment to be wedges &amp; got 8 sweet potato oddly shaped chips. The spring rolls were so revolting that no one ate any &amp; they came out 19 minutes after we received the platter.  They fried all the food so much is was a dark brown colour and the onion rings batter was hard &amp; falling off.Ceaser was a nice salad but small for price.Steaks were cooked right to order.Southern Chicken burger was very nice &amp; succulent .The chicken schnitzel WAS DEFINITELY OVERCOOKED- dry, oil coming out of it &amp; hard crumb.Staff were very friendly.  The bistro was nice but floors very dirty with chips under our table &amp; napkins

The oysters were fresh and to die for .Ordered steak,  cooked to perfection.Beautiful meals, well worth there value!Love this place.  Great chef and team

It was Friday night,  it was busy, the meals did take 40ish mins to come out after ordering,  however we understood you were busy &amp; patience is needed. Meals were hot &amp; lovely, the only &quot;real little&quot; thing happened was there was 7 of us, with 4 fish meals, 1 battered, 2 grilled &amp; a lemon pepper barramundi, when they gave the barra out 1st - they said grilled barra which was delivered to the wrong person who had started eating it, lucky it only went to the partner.The other thingvI liked was the fact you don&#39;t charge fees for using cards or credit cards, i know a little thing but 1 that annoys me ALOT, overall very happy with our visit, we&#39;ll be back, all staff extremely friendly &amp; helpful

Our party of 8 dined here for lunch today and everyone was very pleased with their meal. The Bistro was very busy but the meals were beautifully prepared and arrived hot and delicious. We will return again.

Persone Bar &amp; Restaurant located in 300 George St | Level 2, Brisbane, Queensland 4000, Australia, enjoyed a pleasant dinner. Beautiful view of the river and big wheels. Trying to be a high-end restaurant with the price matching it, despite the fairly normal service level. The kitchen may have extended the waiting time for meals. The Florence steak is very good, although covering it with a lot of garlic cloves doesn&rsquo;t suit everyone&rsquo;s taste, carving on the table will justify a higher cost standard. At a price charged, it can include at least the side of the chip.
